I’ve been married to my teenage sweetheart for 31 years — still feels wild to say that out loud. I’m a boy mom through and through to 2 amazing young men, and now a Nana to the sweetest little prince who stole my whole heart the second he arrived.
Pink is my happy color. Leopard print is basically a personality trait at this point. And if it has a heart on it? I automatically need it.
At my core, I’m a simple girl who loves big. Creating things that make people feel seen and special is genuinely my favorite thing in the world, and I still can’t believe I get to share that with you.

Because every great brand has a story — here’s mine.
I’ve been a maker for as long as I can remember. I get it from my mama — the crafty gene has always been strong over here. I went from latch-hook kits as a kid, to painting ceramics, to falling hard for scrapbooking after my sister hosted a party one year. That night basically lit the fuse.
Then Christmas 2015 rolled in with a cutting-machine upgrade, and things really took off. I started making little things for myself, people started asking if I sold them, and before I knew it… I was making signs, taking orders, and setting up at my first craft show in 2016.
By 2019 I was hosting paint parties in my garage, and in 2020, during the wild ride of Covid, I made the boldest move yet — I bought my first laser. Her name is Forgy, and she changed everything.
Every bit of trial and error, every late night, every “let’s try this and see what happens” moment has built Embellish My Heart into what it is today.
And honestly… I wouldn’t be here without you.
