Live engraving is an interactive guest experience where keepsakes are personalized on-site during your event. Guests get to watch their piece being engraved in real time and leave with a personalized gift created just for them.

3. Do we provide the items, or does EMH bring them?
Both options are available. EMH can help curate personalized keepsakes for your event, or we can work with approved client-provided items. Client-provided items must be reviewed and approved in advance, and samples may be required for engraving tests before the event to ensure compatibility and the best possible results.
4. How many guests can EMH accommodate during a live event?
EMH can accommodate events ranging from intimate gatherings to large corporate events and conferences. Capacity depends on the event length, selected keepsake, personalization, guest count, and number of engraving stations needed. We’ll design the setup and guest flow around your event so personalization runs smoothly from start to finish.
5. Where are live engraving experiences available?
EMH is based in Louisville, Kentucky and provides live on-site engraving throughout Louisville and the surrounding region, with travel available for events beyond Kentucky. Whether your event is local or out of town, travel details are customized based on the location and scope of the experience.
6. What is the investment for a live personalization experience?
Every event is unique. Pricing is based on factors including guest count, event length, location, selected keepsakes, personalization, staffing, and the number of engraving stations needed. EMH creates a custom proposal based on the scope of your event and the experience you want to create for your guests.
7. How far in advance should we book live engraving for our event?
Dates are reserved on a first-come basis, and advance booking is recommended, especially for weddings, corporate events, conferences, and peak event seasons. If your event is coming up soon, reach out anyway. If the date is available and the scope can be accommodated, EMH may still be able to help.
